I host art raffles/giveaways and art requests frequently on social media platforms whenever I reach my goals or for special occasions. To join, you must be my follower and interact with me often.Art requests are mostly hosted throughout the year, giving free doodles to my interactive followers. ゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ PAYMENT
── .✦ Full payment before sketch.
── .✦ Payment plans are accepted for commissions over 150$.
── .✦ If you want a payment plan, please ask me before placing a request. I accept upfront payment. However, your commission will only be finished based on your payment stages.
── .✦ You cannot request a payment plan over 2,5 months (10 weeks)
── .✦ I accept lower or higher offers for artworks as long as I think the price is reasonable. I will make changes to your illustration to fit your offered price.
ex: I will reduce details for a lower offer. I will increase rendering for a higher offer... as I think it's worth your budget
゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ REVISIONS
── .✦ Free edit for 2 times on sketch stage. I will charge a fee starting from the third edit.
── .✦ Free if it's on me (my mistake.)
── .✦ No more big revisions on the coloring stage. You can still request changes on the line-art stage; however, I will charge you a fee based on how much you want to change.
゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
── .✦ I will contact you if there's an emergency and your commission is going to be delayed.
── .✦ It usually takes around 3-6 weeks when I start your commission; please keep that in mind.
── .✦ I will charge a fee if you want a rush order (not too rush.) I only do rush orders when I have spare free time, so please contact me first.
゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ REFERENCES AND DESCRIPTIONS
── .✦ Ref/brief commissions must be clear and concise (if commissioning in color, the character references should be colored; it would be nice if you could include a character description along...)
── .✦ A detailed description of the character will be helpful (especially on surprise me/SKEB.) It helps me understand what you need and the vibe of your character.
── .✦ I'm more accommodating if you return to commission with the same characters and are willing to send a new ref/brief, including the character reference, to save time, as I tend to forget and often won't remember the character's characteristics after a long time without drawing them.
── .✦ Details are calculated from 10% onwards.
゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ USAGE AND COPY RIGHTS
── .✦ I, the artist, produce the product (in this case, the artwork). Therefore, I have the right to use the finished product for display on social media to promote myself.
── .✦ Clients have the right to use the finished product for personal purposes such as posting, gifting, printing (non-commercial), and assert all ownership rights to the character, but not to claim the right to create the finished product. Please credit me, the artist.
── .✦ Using my artwork for any blockchain-related technologies, such as NFTs, or AI training, will get a permanent ban.
゛ ⸝⸝.ᐟ⋆ REFUNDS
── .✦ Commission cancellations will be calculated based on progress and refunded as a percentage. You will also receive the commission in the current stopped stage.
── .✦ You can't get a full refund even If I haven't sketched. I have to charge you a fee for occupying the slot during the mean time.
The fee will be counted on transaction fees of VGen and PayPal, which means I don't get any penny either. You just simply need to pay the transaction fees.
── .✦ For commission cancellation (fee hasn't included)
Sketch:You will receive 70% of the refund
Line-art: You will receive 50% of the refund
You cannot request a refund on coloring stage
